Mohawk + Hudson Films is a production company unearthing and supporting American stories.
In 1826, the company's namesake became New York's first chartered railroad. Connecting the Mohawk River and the Hudson River (and running parallel to the Erie Canal), the Mohawk + Hudson Railroad shortened travel times and increased affordability. It was part of a network that unified the country by reducing barriers to access.
Ethan C. Yake was born and raised along these rivers and tracks. He founded Mohawk + Hudson Films to champion storytellers who combine this deep connection to place with an authentic voice and a clear vision.
If you are such a storyteller, reach out. This is the beginning of the line...
